iHookup Trademark - Who owns it?

After doing some more DD. I found this.

Who owns it? My guess is ihookup.com.

Looks like ihookup.com had registered the trademark on it domain but let it expire as they already had it on ihookup.

How does this affect TFER? Need some help on this one. Thoughts?
