For some time now , I have not understood why the terrorist can't get their hands on one (or more) of the PLO's rockets. That is all it would take at a refinery or oil transport station. No need to bring a car full of explosives as the explosives are already there and waiting! And no need to break through the three lines of fences as the rockets would fly over them.

It's only a matter of time IMO.

Come to think about it, even an oil producer like IRAN could secretly support an act that would drive oil prices through the roof. At the same time punishing an 'Eternal Friend' of the 'Great Satan'.

Al Qaeda could use mortars or rockets to hit the Saudi refinery. They don't have to get very close at all, just be good at aiming the things. This is a petroleum complex, once the pipes are broken and the petroleum spills out, it should just ignite and burn. Could be quite a fire.
