* TRI $42~$46~43 beats by $0.02, issues upside FY06 guidance (TRI) 42.17 : Reports Q4 (Dec) earnings of $0.68 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.02 better than the Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.66; revenues rose 16.8% year/year to $1.27 bln vs the $1.27 bln consensus. Co issues upside guidance for FY06, sees EPS of $3.04-3.16 vs. $2.98 consensus. Because of an increase in the provision for doubtful accounts and information systems conversion costs, the Company expects 2007 diluted EPS to grow approximately 10-13%; however, beyond 2007, the Company expects to return to annual EPS growth in the mid-teens percent range.
