ICPT—Despite the positive phase-3 results released, management’s reputation has been shaken, IMO, as a consequence of the Friday Night Special (release of 10-K with possibly disingenuous content). One might construe the release of today’s PR on a Sunday (not from a real-time conference) as an attempt to arrest the potential damage from the 10-K disclosures.
