It may be true that the event of two weeks ago was a result of an EMEA leak and trading from Europe but I still wonder, and plan on inquiring of the SEC on Monday, whether an official investigation is underway. I don't know the process involved but assume the company could have requested an SEC investigation (which I would expect has happened) or that he public can request it based upon highly unusual trading prior to a negative outcome.

How far behind can class action law suits be?
