perhaps you hadn't heard - JBI has no need for a refinery - they make in-spec fuel as part of their process. I know that's quite unique for a plastic pyrolysis system but that's what makes JBI special. Because they had a discussion with a refinery long before they closed means nothing. They've don't need a refinery to further process their ready-to-use, in-spec, low sulphur fuel.
