what? so I should ask some investor that put money in a stock that was R/Sed and then what? again makes no sense to me? the mere fact that you said someone was STILL able to invest proves my point. they came in stopped the EX CEO from how did he out it, :let Quasar die on a vine" in his own words, and they came in stopped that and took it from a skull and bones and no bid to as you said people investing and obtaining SEVIS and STILL in operation today in in one word FANTASTIC!!!
