i'm one of the longs who added yesterday
as i do regularly re: JBII shares

my CB (cost basis) from Nov 2009 to today
(personal acct) is sub 30c .. each round
of JBII shares added brings CB a little lower

caveats met i will be adding JBII shares
up thru 5.00

my expectation is we see financing 8k'd around
the same time as the K (2013) is filed
