Hey Puzzle -- the only thing with the solar technology obtained from NASA is that the Andromeda Energy corporation/SUB is still showing that it is suspended with the state of CA. Basically MSGi hasn't kept up with the necessary paperwork to keep the company active. I would think that if behind the scenes the solar piece was moving forward that Andromeda Energy would need to be Active with the state of California where it is registered. Obviously the technology could be developed in another company or some other deal was arranged. I just know from the beginning that Nanobeak was the NASA sensor holding company and Andromeda Energy was the NASA solar tech holding company. I think Paulness said that MSGi has the NASA license till some time in April this year - so, I'm sure it can still move forward, but it doesn't seem like much has been happening with it based on what I can find.
