Now you're on the right track..

That's what we wanted the company to clear up.

They said they would clear that up (over and over again). They never did in my opinion.

I wasn't the only shareholder who asked these questions by the way.

Hopefully now with this lawsuit pending, this will finally get cleared up (along with a bunch of other things).

In my opinion, EXBX would no longer have traded on OTC Pink.. It would have been this new PDX company (thus that's why it was called a reverse merger).

Hope you can look into this further Mr.Owl.. Maybe contact the company CEO.. See what he says.
