Of course, as I identified in every comment I've made on the subject, the 'unofficial' twitter page I refer to is this one:

I assume you are attempting separate the announcement of a new product on a 'product' twitter page from an official announcement responsibility by the company on the company's twitter page or press release.

Does that mean new product announcements are not related to official company activities? That would be an interesting concept.
