What other twitter? The SEC has approved in writing that public companies can use twitter, facebook, you tube and websites to keep investors/shareholders informed.

Those would be good questions to ask the company. Send an email to Mark since he is supposedly involved in branding, marketing and public relations. He should be able to answer your questions. He generally replies to emails very quickly, although not always in a very cordial manner.

What about the fact that a twitter page, which to my knowledge has never been publicized, is being used to announce company information that isn't posted on the company's twitter page?

We know the 'official' twitter page has previously been announced as the official voice of HIPH, but what about the other one?
