Maybe the issue is timing....with how long it might take msgi to get back to trading(filings and dtc chill), he decided to take another path and obtain vnth (which was pretty much a clean shell) to get the product launched.
No im not in msgi, im in vnth and i go off sec filings. Vnth is majority own by nanobeak! I will not speculate further until i see a msgi sec filing thats current! Vnth has agreement to use technology and vnth intends per sec filings to commercialize it! So too me vnth is a independant company wich has agreements with nanobeak to utilize technology so vnth can become a company in mhealth
Im long vnth and i believe vnth will be a pure mhealth play.
Gater, it may or may not be true from a brief review of msgi they have lots of liabilities from the filing i read that was many years ago and a current sec filing does not exist i have no opinion on it until a sec current filing is provided until then i can not really give opinion!
