While the US consumer will be paying via the nose as the dollar drops! Gonna make imports mighty expensive!

So whom wins, the little guy or corporate America. And since the American economy is now about the little guy, last time I looked 60% of GDP spendaholic Americans, most the little guy....

How anyone could view German or US manufacturing as 'killer' seems to be a very large stretch as compared to China (as you noted).

My question to you is given the structural problems in Germany and France; will the Euro be a viable currency a decade from now? You could of course ask the same question of the $usd.
