Bordy needed the acquisitions so that he could pretend to have a real company. It would have been much harder to sell just the concept of Magic Beans©. He knew that he was buying worthless pinkie companies with his experience trading in shells.

I will agree that there was dirt in the shell and JB got some really LOUSY advice in the beginning, and when he got stuck with that recent management team.

He wasn't the first and he won't be the last OTC CEO to get suckered.

I also know he still has a lot of family invested - if it was a P&D they would all be out by now.
