I took an educated guess (well you can call it somewhat educated guess), and had too much confident on FS. Two things i ignored; Cerp was in lifeline and there was an artical in google (sorry dont remember the author name or link) which kind of outlined the relation between Cerp and M/H, and their impact on Cerp. Being said that, FS mislead and promised us for year and half and prolonged our pain and suffeing. End of the day, i dont think any one cares if Cerp makes it or not (except us of course). And, all these legal battles, If and thats a big IF Cerp managed to get out of these situations, would take years to recover (i mean years). Why i am still holding, i am holding for a bounce, and if i get that i am out. Hopefully we get some good news next week, hopefullt FS saved the best for last, othewise he is truely a d@#%@#%&.
