I believe it was said there was little to no residual in the processor after shut-down of # 3 but that a thorough inspection was required to ensure nothing unexpected occurred (which did not). I recall that they may have been down for 3 days, but not sure. The best part is that they don't need to be down at all because there is little to no residual build-up - and that's huge.
