The CEO of LVVV said by the end of the week the 8k should be filed. From my understanding the chill was placed due to the stock exploding in volume and brokers trying to protect their customers since APRU currently is a no info company on otcmarkets.com

Once the 8k is filed things should be up to date and chill lifted.
