TII - Thanks for your observations - so what would be an alternate conjecture as to the source of the sudden concerted appearance of tens of millions of shares for sell from ARCA, when the gun sounded at 1:15?
Were they entirely short shares, in your opinion?
The 'PUTs' idea floated here was interesting, but several said that PUTs are not possible on OTCBB.
My opinion of OTCBB is that they do whatever they want to do, legal or not. Including pulling plugs on hot days during the summer. :)
