What they want .... and probably feel cheated out of .... is MORE bonus money now that they know - and everyone else does too, that these blocks are loaded with oil. Like petulant kids they would like to change the rules of the game at this late hour. Nigeria, on the other hand, understands the rules.
I was real concerned, and have voiced it on a couple of occasions, that success from the Chevron drill prior to PSC's being signed could muck things up royally.
