Hey golfho...beg to differ on India. India is so big it is sometimes referred to as the Indian sub-continent. But it is also referred to as part of South Asia as opposed to East Asia. It is also part of the amazing Commonwealth of Nations of which Canada is part. We would gladly allow the US to join if it will renounce its revolutionary ways and swear allegiance to Her Brittanic Majesty.
