The Arizona/Indian Plantation would be a show stopper in the US. I'd like to see a contract/plantation started in the lower southeast to sectionalize the country. Again, a biofuel plant supply contract may be forthcoming after the test results are positive.
Also, it may be good news to not be hearing news from Africa and Hawaii. I think it's easier to write a rejection report than a positive/progress-further report.
