There is a difference between common and restricted shares. There are authorized common AND authorized (as issued) preferred shares.

I cant find any link which says the RESTRICTED shares are part of a FLOAT. The float are shares that ANYONE can buy from my research.

Hi Mudcat - can I ask you a question?
This is the list of issued shares in the "quarterly" pinky report ENDING in December 2013.
The shares issued abruptly stopped at the end of September.
Given shares were issued to debt holders on a pretty regular basis - why do you think there are NO SHARES issued after September 2013? Are the debt holders all paid off now? or did they run out of shares to issue? Or they ran out and avoided posting any further shares issued.

Mudcat18, Please reference the first quarter report filed on Febuary 20, 2014. As you will see, there are 1.1 billion of restricted shares to hit the float over the next year, not 2.5 billion. By no means is 1.1 billion a good thing, but it is not as bad as 2.5 billion and i believe that once the licence is obtained, the 1.1 billion will be quickly absorbed.
