We have been through this ad naseum. Alpha said the company lost a major customer to BK, Alpha said they were losing money, Alpha said their Backlog had fallen to almost nothing. The CEO called these assertions lies and manipulations, Yet, later when the 10Q came out, they were shown to be true. And the CEO knew they were true when he called them lies. He didn't remain silent, he didn't qualify...he said they were lies.
And THAT was the lie.
