If he lied it will prove itself in time... but i dont see why he would take the risk...
This is not a 3 person penny stock, where all the insiders are a tight group of buddies. There are hundreds of employees and partners that would ALREADY know he lied and he would look like a fool to them... Would he risk that?!...
Why would they move the company if its just a pump and dump?! Why aren't they dumping wads of stock into the market and releasing frequent PR's?!... i dont see the logic
