Where the CEO deserves the most criticism imo, is with the length and planning of the consolidation plan...
Moving all their subsidiaries took way too long and this is what obviously hurt the numbers and the share price... before the move began revenues/profits were reaching all time highs and now after the completion of the move, they are getting back on track with that previous trend... makes sense to me.
The good thing is that capacity and efficiency has significantly improved, which should more than make up for the pain of the lengthy move, for those still holding.
