Many can't buy it for now, only temporary. They will be able to again very shortly. Remember, any can buy it. Also remember that a temp chill is put on by certain brokers until after this 8k is released. Good news for both companies.

When Livewire cleans up APRU and files all the paperwork (which they are working on right now) there will be no more DTC chill.
