Yep, it looks like capitulation is close....just let the MMs play this out....I can bet you the CEO is not looking at the second to second fluctuation...he is busy executing on the plan :)
Maybe someone can look into this --- is it possible that ELTP can be uplisting, at least short-term, to the OTCBB (I think they are OTCQB right now). It just seems that there are 2 MMs WORL and MICA that specialize in uplistings and are active on the L2 now...
