So technically, we blew through a 423.6% fibonacci extension (0.18) from the low of the last retracement (~0.043). Is it not at this point that the stock can go "parabolic", especially coupled with volume that will dwarf the 10 day moving average?

SPLI is also rising through the ranks and receiving more attention as indicated by trade and $ volume on OTCmarkets.
