My take on all the TA noise would be related to buyouts/take over.

Read you post, was impressed by most of it,

especially the part with the T/A and how much stock
did they retain.

I think these are areas that they need to be aware of and address.

Some of us that have DD'ed the company throughly are pretty sure that upper management does not have control of 51% of the shares. They may have a close enough relationship with other large shareholders to get to the 51% by proxy..I guess it would depend on what was being proposed for vote. Kelly

No I think Paul is a Jack A and dosent know shzle Now Ron Blackburn on the other hand I think is the brains behind the company. How about a proxy to get him in the cfo seat. Do we know who is on the board and how much of the os does mgt own? I heard a rumer Paul said he dosent give 2shits about us. That beeing said I realley increased my position today on the assumption of net revs of .008 a shr. I paul had any ballS he would un gag the ta. I will continue to accumulat shrs under.02
