Le2 that would be ignoring history here and that dilution will never see that happen. Look at the volume now for weeks. IF not for all the dilution this have ran. Just too many shares and they never stop dumping. Haven't for 5 years and never will. Just new round after increase back to 2.5 billion a/s. Eventually when maxed out and bid back to .0001 more bag holders. That is what QASP does. Reason same preferred shareholders in charge and doing same as before. History here repeats. Just not bigger price spikes. QASP history is clear for anyone who cares to look. It's not good for common.
