I disagree on CSCO. CSCO dropped to 12.33 at the March lows and hit nearly $16 this week. That's pretty decent. We didn't have a waterfall drop to new lows since October, so CSCO didn't have a chance to disconnect and drop in an accelerated fashion.

CSCO is tracking the market just like it did in the fall rally.

whew, NASI just will not stop, we are still in a massive parabolic up move---plus 31 today. The 10ema has as of today broken to a 4 year high, the NASI itself is moving to new 4 year high every day.
