AJ: I think this in good part has ben a short scramble rally. DOT tells that story. Parabolic bubble era rise with a final exhaustion gap... a huge move and the likes of MSFT sleeps through it. Is not what is good for the internet index good for MSFT??? Yes, 10% of the NDX slept through the rally so far. Take a look at a five year MSFT weekly chart and tell me what you see.

Stock investors should not ignore the widening of junk credit spreads the last 2 days. Junk bonds led stocks up and may also lead stocks down -- though perhaps just modestly for now.
