Eddie, that's funny. The court decided to put this in the business court instead of a criminal/civil court. That's where TMMI should have filed the suit in the first place. I don't read anything else in this. And, unlike the misinformation that both Jay and I posted, it's not a win for either the plaintiff or the defendant. The court ruled it should go to the business court.
