I still think your movie-sneaking example isn't really an intellectual property issue, Spall. To me it's more of a trespass issue. After all, the theater operator doesn't own the rights to the movies he shows (he has paid for the rights to show them, though). But if you want to discuss intellectual property anyway, that's fine . . .
