Sneaking into the movies isn't an "intellectual property" issue. You're barking up the wrong tree.
It has many of the same elements as intellectual property issues, in that it involves a transfer of information, not physical property. True, the use of space is physical, but my stipulation is that it is wrong if you movie hop into a sold-out theater.
