There is absolutely no reason to convert the A's. If they convert them, they convert into a finite number of shares, even if it is several trillion trillion if done one at a time.
If they don't convert them, they can continue to issue shares until the world ends because the A's trump the common every time. No common shareholder approval is required for ANYTHING as long as ONE A share exists.
