KeithDust2000, followed the link. I think that PC Professionell (run by vnu.net) is may be related to PC Magazine (run by ZiffDavis), although different companies. Seems that vnu.net runs a series of European magazines, found here:

Includes England, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Belgium.

Seems like they tip-toe around much of Europe so there must be an arrangement between the companies.
