You're missing the point. The .008 was paid without regard to the price difference. Would you pay 20% premium after the price jumped without positive news and a lawsuit pending based on misrepresentation of deals and sales? This company has misrepresented itself for most of it's existence. Do you think anything has changed now? I guess there's either some real fool out there or someone is buying to create a false premise.
