You do understand that what you just said isn't how the court system works, right?
The motions will be heard. It could be another month + until the Judge makes a ruling on those motions. Unless the defendant's (government's) dispositive motions succeed, which would be absolutely horrific for FNMA, all this means is that the case will just progress further.
I read the same thing you just cited, the difference is I actually interpreted it correctly.
I am 100% for everyone here making tons of money. I am not "bashing" longs. I was in this stock at 50 cents, held down to 19 cents, got scared and cut my losses around 35 cents. got back into FNMA in stages with an average around 1.68. I rode it up to 5.40, then back down to a dollar. It finally got back to a point where I had said that if it gets in the 5.00 realm again, I was going to walk away with a very nice profit. I followed my plan.
Blindly following anyone on this board is dangerous.
I was just trying to help explain that the statement you made that there is some imaginary June 23, 2014 "trial" is incorrect. Just trying to help the board. I will continue to follow FNMA, and if i see a major development, I may even jump back in.
