The fact that the CEO himself has been yelling no dilution with a gagged TA and a horrible written PR leads me to believe~Whats this guys problem. Why do we know these things and you act like you've never heard of it. HONESTLY GAGGED CEO~No Dilution?

And the CEOs "email" said that yesterday's action was retail (Of course I didn't see VNDM selling invisible shares yesterday so that may have been true) - so who has the correspondence from the CEO that today was all retail?

gagged TA means nothing, so many OTC's use them.

Company says it's not diluting and if you don't believe the company when it says something then why invest in them.

The PR came out with only 2 1/2 hrs of trade left in the day, not enough time for retailers to all get out, most have been selling into any buying pressure today.

The usual diluting MM's have been very passive today on l2 as well
