Doubtful it's dilution, any time a stock falls 50% in a day you have a huge number of stuck retailers who will sell into any relief rally as soon as they can, as soon we as flush out the rest of them it will start moving up easier.
Company played this incredibly stupid if dilution was their goal, the PR they released yesterday was amateur hour, if they wanted to dilute they would have released a PR with tons of fluff...
