Hi Surehands, only Market Makers, NASDAQ member firms, and NASDAQ software programmers have access to the level 3. I evaluate processing software for NASDAQ execution services so I can see L3 orders. In higher volume stocks, L3 becomes useless because the trades are executed so quickly.
My last post, hope you all do well today. I will watch MM L3 action here ... but I won't be able to post it.
