Bulls as a percentage of bulls plus bears is 70% today in this snapshot. We had close reading to this on 2/21/2001 and 1/10/02. Did not quite get there during bubble days but 3/22/2000 came close with 68% and 12/30/99 with 67%.
It says we are due for a correction which we are in right now. What it doesn't tell you is the exact depth or duration of it. Can you bring up that indicator? <gg>
