Company still has real assets, if they work the plan and limit dilution there is a huge upside.
Another possibility; let's day this is a scam and just purposely taking investor money. If that is the case they will start putting out pr's that will make the share price go up. STILL OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE MONEY!
Always expect the worse on the OTC and take profits when u can!
