But we can buyout the debentures as long as the share price is less than .015. When I first read the deal with GG, I was worried because technically they decide when and how much is converted. I asked JF about it and he said GNF has indirect control because GNF can buyout the deal if they don't like how it's going. Buying out the debentures would be so huge but personally I doubt it will happen.
