Why are we a Multi Trillion dollar company and trading under $5.

All political. Hopefully the lawsuits will go our way and we'll all be golden, but anyone who does not factor in politics in this could get caught out in the cold. If the courts follow the law (or even equity) we should be more than golden. But if the courts go against us we have other terrible things to worry about.

Right now, as go F&F so goes our country. The 99% (of which I am assureadly one) should be continually reminded that without F&F, if they don't own a home now they probably never will. Or, in the alternative, we could replay 2008 all over again x 2 to get prices down to where you could afford a home. To quote an old commercial - that doesn't seem like a real FINE solution.
