Go Google search the connection between Neomedia and Wendy's. You won't find any stories from any Wendy's PR dept. Seems like only Neomedia needs the news release. Wendy's doesn't need NEOM, NEOM needs Wendy's though. No one has told me if the new NEOMEDIA company will still remain a publically traded company or will the shareholders have worthless pieces of paper when it is all said and done?
