EFFI moves on air. Super low float, we don't get a lot of volume, because of the low float and people don't want to sell, holding for a much bigger hit (may be ripe for a forward split at some point). DD ELRA's CTO's resume, their acquisitions and share structure, I think you'll find it is one of the best pennies out there.
