They can just continue to execute these deals and it only takes two more to go over 1500:1. In addition, this filing just added an additional 25 MILLION preferred shares with undesignated conversion rights. They could literally be worth a trillion common shares which would require another reverse agreement.

There is nothing in this deal that is better for shareholders.
